Apples , Blueberries, Pumpkin Picking


A number of the local farms allow you to pick your own apples, blueberries and pumpkins. Great fun for the family.

Archery

Available at Stockbridge Sportsmen’s Club on route 102.

Basketball

Located behind the Town Hall. There is also a indoor court located in the Town Hall gymnasium.

Horse Riding

Open year round Under Mountain Farm has both an indoor and an outdoor arena as well as trail rides through the woods and fields.

Library

West Stockbridge Library, located in the Town Hall at 21 State Line Road (Route 102). The library has a large number of movies on CDs as well as VHS.

For children, Story Hour takes place every Saturday starting at 11:00 AM.

Play Areas

•    At Card Pond where swimming is also available.
•    The play area located behind the Town Hall, also available, Basketball Court, Skate board park, Soccer and Tennis.

Pottery Decorating

Hoffman’s Pottery in West Stockbridge. Plates, bowls, mugs and/or tiles are available for DIY painting before being glazed and fired. Available during studio hours or by special appointment for birthdays or other parties.

Skate Board Park

Located behind the Town Hall and used by bikers as well as skateboarders.

Soccer

A couple of pitches are located behind the Town Hall.

Swimming

Card Pond open during the summer months for residents of West Stockbridge and their guests. A life guard is on duty during July and August. There is also a play area for young children.

Zucchini Festival

Great fun for the family. The Zucchini Festival takes place the second Saturday in August each year. The festival consists of games, craft booths, pet parade, zuck races, live music, entertainment and food. This is an all day event so bring the family!
